OOC: I do not have the time to make a fact book, but my country's weapons are based off the USA's weapons and equipment so can we just go off that? Like that I just use the USA's equipment?

Admiral Wolf and his "Wolfpack" departed silently from the Spartan naval base in Wildwood, New Jersey. His pack of 7 nuclear submarines went out to sea heading silently south searching for its target, Namenian merchant ships. 2 miles to the south, 3 "Viking" ships went their seperate ways with armed sailers onboard to coordinate their attacks with the submarines. The ships were outfitted to appear as West Phoenician merchants and the sailors' weapons were hidden away until the moment when they would attack. They carried combat axes, knives, silenced pistols, and silenced Uzis. More to come.

Emperor Bonaparte released a news statement recently,

"Spartan satellites have also noticed this nuclear detonation. However, as we are and have nuclear weaponry as well as chemical weaponry, we do not denounce Carolina Alliance for their actions. As we understand that the building and testing of nuclear weaponry is expensive, We offer the Carolina Alliance government loans to help pay for the testing of the weapons. We will also send scientists to them, if they wish, to help them perfect their designs and also to create designs for other weaponry. These scientists would also assist the CA government in creating domestic uses of their newfound power to help the common people. This is done in the hope to usher in a time of cooperation and friendship between our governments. I do not approve of the USSDEN's actions which, if meant or not, is very provocative. The CA made a mistake, however costly, and didn't know the full extent of their actions. So, because of the naiveness over this topic the state of USSDEN cannot hold them accountable. Sparta will loan funding to help these people that are effected but we support the Carolina Alliance if they refuse to pay, unless convinced they knowingly did what they did. If they wish to accept the Namenians provocative ultimatum,we will loan their government money to help pay with a very low interest rate. We call for USSDEN to drop their ultimatum in the name of peace, and conduct talks peacefully over this matter in Sparta with myself as the mediator.
